Shipments are effected by the forwarding services of Mory-Team and its local correspondents.
For French destinations the inimum shipment is two cases of 12 bottles of 0.75 l of your choice. For UE countries destinations the minimum shipment is 4 cases of 12 bottles 0.75 l.Shipments of more than two or four cases must always represent a multiple of cases of 12 bottles.Transport charges are degressive with a growing number of cases ordered. It is therefore suggested to combine, if possible, orders with your friends and connections. For 8 cases or more, shipment is free of transport charges in France. For shipments to other EU countries the shipment cost is blocked at € 80 for 9 cases and more. Shipment cost to Switzerland on demand.

These costs are calculated automatically and included in your invoice, after you have finalized your order.
For orders placed before a weekend and paid for by secured credit card Paypal) or by bank transfer deliveries to addresses in France can generally be effected the following week, whereas cases shipped to other EU countries normally arrive at destination the week after. In case of payment by cheque (French banks only), shipment is effected 10 days after receipt of the funds.
If you wish to pay by credit card without using Pay-Pal, the following procedure is suggested:

If you send the card information by e-mail, please proceed as follows:
Send a first mail with your order date, your name, amount to be debited, credit card number, expiry date, and a second mail containing the three digits (split procedure for securiy reasons).
For shipments to the UK and certain other countries (e.g. Belgium, Ireland), deliveries to the final destination may be delayed in cases where a local agent requests collection of excise tax and VAT prior to the release of the cases.
For shipments to residents in EU countries other than France, who have a European Value Added Tax Number, the prices recorded in the catalogue are decreased by 19.6%, corresponding to the French VAT. The same applies to shipments to Switzerland where the forwarding agent collects local sales tax and other charges. Please send your order using the catalogue, transmit your VAT number by e-mail, and we will send you by return e-mail the net price to be paid for your order.
You may return the bottles delivered to you within eight days of reception. Return transport charges must be paid by you. Please note that all our bottle corks are manufactured according to a new revolutionary process that excludes all traces of bad cork odour and/or taste (trade mark DIAM).
